Embroidery
Our embroidery department uses only high quality threads on high speed embroidery machines with up to 15 needles per head. Choose from our many stock logos and designs, or send us your digitzed files. Popular for adding player or coach names to warmups and waterproof garments and team names to football jerseys.

Screen Printing
One of our most popular options. Artwork, numbers, and logos are silk-screened directly onto your garments. Specially formulated inks and our heat curing process helps to prevent fading and cracking.

Tackle Twill
Tackle Twill is a process where letters, numbers and logos are cut from poly-twill fabric and then sewn to a garment. An adhesive backing tacks the material in place and the edges are sewn with a zig-zag or satin stitch in a matching or contrasting thread. Tackle Twill is commonly used on professional sports teams uniforms.
